微星在CES 2024电子展上推出了其首款“积木风扇”类产品MPG EZ120 ARGB磁吸风扇。这款新风扇采用磁性桥接器连接，支持JAF1专有接头，暂未公布定价和上市时间。据悉，海盗船、联力、追风者、海韵和曜越（Tt）等品牌都已经推出过类似的“积木风扇”，其中比较受欢迎的联力积木风扇3代木在京东显示为199元。
这种支持串联的散热风扇主要是为了隐藏PC主机中的走线，对于追求外观整洁的用户来说十分重要。微星这款新风扇可搭配PROJECT ZERO背插主板（B650M、B760M、Z7910）和机箱一同使用，其尺寸为120毫米，有白色和黑色两种版本可选。每个风扇可安装33个可寻址LED，每个风扇的边缘都配备了磁吸式连接器，从而实现多个风扇串联，风扇与风扇之间无需连接任何线材。
此外，微星随附的风扇控制中心最多可控制18个风扇、两个控制组，但相信大部分用户用不到这么多。微星表示，MPG EZ120 ARGB采用了全新的JAF1接头（搭配Z790 MAX主板及14代处理器使用），这个混合接头同时兼具PWM和ARGB功能，不仅节省空间，还能进一步减少连接至主板的线材数量。
