根据此前官方公布的信息，仰望 U7 车身长宽高为 5265*1998*1517mm，轴距达到 3160mm。因车身流动控制技术以及多处气动附件优化设计，仰望 U7 的风阻系数为 0.195Cd，获得了中汽学会 C-STAA 车型认证，号称“全球量产轿车最低风阻”。此外，仰望 U7 还采用“时空之门”家族式语言，前脸修长锐利，搭配前舱盖微微隆起筋条，两侧大灯被称为“星际穿越大灯”。
