近年来,新疆兵团在应对老龄化挑战方面取得了显著成效。政府加大投入,不断完善养老服务体系,推动养老服务从“基本养老”向“品质养老”转变。

首先,新疆兵团政府加大财政投入,提高养老金水平。根据最新数据显示,新疆兵团退休人员基本养老金水平已经连续多年保持稳步增长。

其次,新疆兵团积极推进社区养老服务设施建设。目前,全兵团已建成各类社区养老服务设施近千个,为老年人提供了便利的养老服务。

此外,新疆兵团还大力发展居家养老服务。通过政府购买服务、社会力量参与等方式,为有需求的老年人提供上门护理、康复指导等服务。
