新疆兵团养老服务如何从“基本养老”迈向“品质养老”？
中新网乌鲁木齐1月14日电 (史玉江)21世纪以来，中国人口老龄化形势日趋加深。新疆生产建设兵团(下称兵团)如何应对老龄化挑战，怎样提升养老服务，让更多老年人安度晚年？
近年来，新疆兵团在应对老龄化挑战方面取得了显著成效。政府加大投入，不断完善养老服务体系，推动养老服务从“基本养老”向“品质养老”转变。
首先，新疆兵团政府加大财政投入，提高养老金水平。根据最新数据显示，新疆兵团退休人员基本养老金水平已经连续多年保持稳步增长。
其次，新疆兵团积极推进社区养老服务设施建设。目前，全兵团已建成各类社区养老服务设施近千个，为老年人提供了便利的养老服务。
此外，新疆兵团还大力发展居家养老服务。通过政府购买服务、社会力量参与等方式，为有需求的老年人提供上门护理、康复指导等服务。
