据了解，这款小程序主要面向广大的社会公众。在发生灾害事故时，公众可以第一时间利用手机端的小程序向应急管理部门提供灾害事故现场的情况。用户只需进行简单的勾选、拍照或录制视频，即可完成现场信息的采集。此外，为了确保信息的准确性和权威性，该小程序目前为公众、信息员和社会应急力量速报员提供了三种身份选择。其中，社会公众可以直接授权登录并上传信息，而各级信息员则需要先绑定用户信息。
