我国科技公司北京贝塔伏特新能科技有限公司近日宣布成功研制出民用原子能电池,这款电池具有50年稳定自发电特性,无需充电和维护。据悉,该电池已进入中试阶段,即将量产投入市场。

这款原子能电池采用镍63核同位素衰变技术和中国首个金刚石半导体(第4代半导体)模块,实现了电池的微型化、模块化和低成本。其能量密度是三元锂电池的10倍以上,可在1克电池中存储3300毫瓦时。此外,该电池具有高安全性,针对针刺和枪击不起火,不爆炸。

贝塔伏特公司的原子能电池适用于航空航天、AI设备、医疗器械、MEMS系统、高级传感器、小型无人机和微型机器人等长续航多场景。官方表示,2025年计划推出功率为1W的电池,若政策允许,未来有望让手机永不充电,无人机飞行时间更长。

The company plans to launch a 1-watt battery in 2025, and if policy permits, future smartphones may never need to be charged, and drones can fly for longer periods.
