Recently, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released the “Research Report on Artificial Intelligence Ethics Governance (2023)”. The report summarizes the related concepts and characteristics of artificial intelligence ethics governance, and analyzes the ethical risks of three typical application scenarios: artificial intelligence-generated content, autonomous driving, and smart healthcare.
The four outlooks for artificial intelligence ethics governance proposed in the report include: 1) strengthening the construction of artificial intelligence ethics regulations; 2) promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and ethics; 3) constructing a comprehensive ethical governance system; 4) strengthening international cooperation to jointly address ethical challenges.
