中新社昆明1月10日电 (记者 缪超)1月10日是第四个中国人民警察节，云南省政府新闻办公室当日召开新闻发布会介绍，云南公安机关2023年空前力度严打跨境犯罪，解救境外被困中国公民2326人。
云南省警方表示，过去一年，全省公安机关紧紧围绕打击跨境犯罪，深入开展“云剑行动”，严厉打击电信网络诈骗、偷越国（边）境、毒品犯罪等活动。在强有力的打击下，共破获跨境犯罪案件1100余起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人1800余人，成功解救被困境外中国公民2326人。
警方表示，下一步将继续加大对跨境犯罪的打击力度，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全，维护国家边境安全稳定。同时，警方也呼吁广大群众提高防范意识，自觉抵制跨境犯罪活动，共同维护社会和谐安宁。

KUNMING, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) — The Yunnan Provincial Public Security Bureau held a press conference on Jan. 10 to introduce that the bureau rescued 2,326 Chinese citizens trapped abroad in 2023 with unprecedented intensity to crack down on cross-border crime.
The police said that in the past year, public security organs across the province focused on attacking cross-border crime, vigorously carried out the “Cloud Sword Action”, and severely cracked down on telecommunications fraud, illegal border crossing, drug crime and other activities. Under the strong attack, a total of more than 1,100 cross-border crime cases were cracked, more than 1,800 suspects were arrested, and 2,326 trapped Chinese citizens were successfully rescued.
The police said that they will continue to increase their efforts to combat cross-border crime, effectively safeguard the lives and property of the people, and maintain the security and stability of the national border.
