我国在西堠门公铁两用大桥的建设项目中取得了阶段性进展。据央视新闻客户端报道,这座大桥共有8个桥墩,其中5号和4号分别为东西两个主塔墩。最为引人注目的是,5号主塔墩采用了18根直径为6.3米的钻孔桩基础,这是目前世界上最大直径的钻孔桩。设计桩长84米,嵌岩深度约37米。

西堠门公铁两用大桥位于甬舟铁路及甬舟高速公路复线,连接舟山金塘岛和册子岛。大桥全长3118米,主跨采用1488米斜拉悬索协作体系,桥面宽68米,是在建的世界最大跨度公铁合建桥梁和世界最宽跨海大桥。

这项工程的完成标志着我国桥梁建设技术的又一重要突破。施工现场位于甬舟铁路西起宁波东站,经宁波市鄞州区、北仑区,舟山市金塘岛、册子岛及舟山本岛,东至定海区白泉镇,线路全长约77公里,设计时速250公里,是构建浙江省“1小时交通圈”,形成大陆与舟山岛间便捷的客运通道。

China has made significant progress in the construction of the Xihoumen River-rail Bridge. According to the CCTV News client, there are a total of 8 bridge piers in the project, among which Pier 5 and Pier 4 serve as the east and west main tower piers, respectively. The most striking feature is that Pier 5 adopts 18 drill piers with a diameter of 6.3 meters, the largest diameter in the world. The designed pier length is 84 meters, with an approximate rock embedding depth of 37 meters.

The Xihoumen River-rail Bridge is located on the Yongzhou Railway and Yongzhou Highway Reconstruction, connecting Zhoushan Jin塘 Island and Caze Island. The bridge is 3,118 meters long, with a main span of 1,488 meters and a bridge deck width of 68 meters, making it the world’s largest span river-rail bridge and the widest span sea-crossing bridge under construction.

The completion of this project marks another important breakthrough in China’s bridge construction technology. The construction site is located in the eastern part of Ningbo, extending through Yinzhou District and Beilun District of Ningbo, Jin塘 Island, Caze Island, and Zhoushan Mainland, ending at Dinghai District, Zhoushan. The total length of the line is about 77 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour, forming a convenient passenger channel between the mainland and Zhoushan Island.

Facing harsh environmental conditions such as strong wind, high waves, deep water, fast current, and bare rock, Chinese builders have overcome difficulties to successfully complete this worldwide challenge. The completion of this project not only improves China’s bridge construction technology but also accumulates valuable experience for subsequent similar projects.
