“十项措施”是指国家出入境管理局于2022年1月1日实施的出入境政策措施，旨在为台胞提供更多便利服务。其中包括：扩大台湾居民在大陆的参与范围，简化台湾居民在大陆定居手续，优化台湾居民在大陆就业、创业、学习、生活等方面的服务，以及加强两岸出入境管理合作等。
此次实施的“十项措施”将为台胞提供更多便利服务，助力他们在福建定居、工作、生活。同时，也将进一步推动两岸融合发展，为两岸同胞的共同发展做出更多贡献。
