据中国龙头房企万科 11 月 6 日透露，当日万科与境内外金融机构举行三季度业绩说明会。会上，深圳市国资委表示，如有需要或遭遇极端情况，深圳市国资委有充分信心、足够的资金资源和工具，通过项目合作、优化股权投资结构、债券认购、协议转让等方式，为万科提供支持。
万科业绩表现稳健，今年前三季度实现销售额 1.46 万亿元，同比增长 20.3%。然而，受宏观经济环境、融资成本上升等因素影响，其净利润同比增长只有 1.3%。不过，万科在境内外市场均表现出较强竞争力，境外业务营收同比增长 51.3%，国内业务营收同比增长 13.8%。
深圳市国资委表示，未来将继续优化国有资本布局，通过股权投资、资产重组等方式，推动更多优质国有企业与万科等企业合作，共同发展。
