Despite the ongoing conflict, the Ukrainian automotive market continues to show signs of resilience, with sales of new passenger cars remaining relatively strong in September. While the war has undoubtedly impacted the automotive market, the figures from Dnipropetrovskoblast, which saw a 18% decline in new car registrations (356 cars), suggest a degree of stability. Kharkiv oblast, despite being directly affected by the conflict, still recorded a positive 16% growth in new car sales, with 330 cars registered.

Lviv oblastrounded out the top five regions with the highest demand for new cars, although sales saw a slight 2% decrease to 293 cars.
