Gigabyte Unveils 17 Z890 Motherboards: Thunderbolt 5,DDR5-9500 Support, and AI-Powered Performance
Taipei, Taiwan – Gigabyte has announced the launch of its revolutionary Z890 motherboard series, comprising 17 different models designed to support the latest IntelCore Ultra processors (2nd generation). All products are slated for release by the end of October.
The flagship Z890 AI TOP series, including the Z890 AORUS XTREME AI TOP, Z890 AORUS MASTER AI TOP, and Z890 AI TOP, boasts a suite of high-end features, such as dual graphics card support, dual 10GbE network ports, dual Thunderbolt 5 connectivity, and the exclusive AI TOP program. Gigabyte promises these boards will unlock ultimate computing power, allowing you to train your own AI on your desktop.
The Z890 series features D5Bionic Corsa DDR5 memory AI-enhanced overclocking technology, pushing DDR5 memory performance to new heights with XMP 9500 and beyond. Gigabyte has also upgraded its UC BIOS, incorporating exclusive enhancements in collaboration with HWiNFO. The series includes WIFI EZ-Plug, enabling tool-free installation ofM.2 SSDs and coolers.
The Z890 motherboards boast a 21-phase 110A SPS power supply, support for PCIe 5.0, and Wi-Fi 7. Most models come equipped with dual Thunderbolt 4 ports offering 40 Gb/s speedsand support for DisplayPort 1.4a, allowing up to 5 devices to be connected per port.
