劳动教育“三段进阶”助平湖职中生立德启智
为全面贯彻落实劳动教育，平湖市职业中等专业学校（以下简称“平湖职中”）制定《平湖市职业中专关于深入推进中小学生劳动教育的实施方案》，实施“三段进阶”劳动教育模式，培养学生综合素质，促进全面发展。
第一阶段：启蒙体验，培养劳动兴趣
平湖职中将劳动教育融入日常教学和课外活动，通过“劳动体验课”等形式，让学生亲身体验劳动过程，了解劳动价值，培养劳动兴趣。学校还开设了“劳动技能社团”，让学生学习烹饪、手工、园艺等实用技能，激发创造力。
