云南网讯(记者 韩帅南)据云南省市场监督管理局消息,截至2023年底,全省12315平台全年共处理各类消费投诉21.3万件、举报6.05万件、咨询27.3万件,有效地维护了消费者的合法权益,为消费者挽回经济损失逾1.5亿元。

数据显示,2023年云南省12315热线接收到的投诉主要集中在商品和服务质量、售后服务、合同争议等方面。针对这些投诉,12315工作人员积极协调商家与消费者之间的纠纷,通过调解、仲裁等方式解决了大部分问题。同时,对于涉及严重侵害消费者权益的行为,12315也及时采取了严肃处理措施。

此外,2023年云南省12315还加大了对网络购物、旅游、教育培训等领域投诉的查处力度,成功打击了一些违法经营行为,保护了消费者的合法权益。
