中越跨境游火热 广西口岸边贸旺
中新社南宁8月23日电 (周日 李佳怡) 随着暑期旅游旺季的到来，中越跨境游持续升温，广西口岸边贸也随之繁荣。据广西出入境边防检查总站介绍，今年前七个月，通过广西口岸出入境的中越两国人员达780万余人次，同比增长117%。
在东兴口岸，来自越南的游客阮氏香在办理回国手续时表示：“口岸通关很方便，出国游可以‘说走就走’，下次我要带家人和朋友过来游玩。”
便捷的通关不仅促进了人员往来，也推动了双边贸易的繁荣。在友谊关口岸货运通道，符合快捷通关要求的货运车15秒左右便能完成查验。常往返于中越之间的货车司机黄杰标说：“与以往人工查验相比，快捷通道通关时间大幅缩减，省时又省力。”
作为中国通往越南最便捷的陆路通道之一，截至8月21日，友谊关口岸今年累计查验货运车辆30.8万余辆次，同比增长18.7%。
中国是越南最大贸易伙伴、第一大进口市场、第二大出口市场。目前，中越智慧口岸项目建设正在全面推进，预计今年年底实现中方段试运行。建成后，将大大提高口岸通行能力的“智慧指数”，为双边贸易投资按下“加速键”。
友谊关出入境边防检查站相关负责人介绍：“下一步，我们将与越方齐力打造理念领先、功能完备、技术一流的智慧口岸边检标杆，实现中越进出口货物24小时全天通关，为区域经济发展增添动力。”

According to the GuangxiEntry-Exit Border Inspection Station, the number of people traveling between China and Vietnam through Guangxi ports reached over 7.8 million in the first seven monthsof this year, a year-on-year increase of 117%.
At the Dongxing Port, Vietnamese tourist Nguyen Thi Huong said while completing her return procedures, “It’s very convenient to pass through the port. I can travel abroad spontaneously. Next time, I will bring my family and friends to visit.”
Convenient customs clearance not only promotes personnel exchanges but also drives the prosperity of bilateral trade. At the Youyi Pass cargo channel, cargo trucksmeeting the requirements for fast customs clearance can complete inspection in about 15 seconds. Huang Jiebiao, a truck driver who frequently travels between China and Vietnam, said, “Compared to manual inspection in the past, the fast lane significantly reduces customs clearance time, saving time and effort.”
As one of the mostconvenient land routes from China to Vietnam, the Youyi Pass has inspected over 308,000 cargo vehicles this year as of August 21, a year-on-year increase of 18.7%.
China is Vietnam’s largest trading partner, largest import market, and second-largest export market. Currently, the construction of the China-Vietnam smart port project is in full swing, and it is expected to be trial-run on the Chinese side by the end of this year. Upon completion, it will significantly enhance the “wisdom index” of port throughput capacity, accelerating bilateral trade and investment.
A relevant official from the Youyi Pass Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station said, “Next, we will work with the Vietnamese side to build a leading, comprehensive, and technologically advanced smart port border inspection benchmark, achieving 24/7 customs clearance for imports and exports between China and Vietnam, injecting vitality intoregional economic development.”
