新华社北京8月20日电 近日,我国自主研发的深江1号海底隧道盾构机在珠江口隧道工程中完成了一项壮举,顺利抵达海平面下106米,创造了我国大盾构水下掘进的新纪录。这一成就标志着中国在复杂水下隧道施工领域取得了新的突破,显示了我国在高端装备制造和基础设施建设方面的实力。
珠江口隧道全长13.69公里,是深江铁路的关键控制工程。该隧道工程地质和水文条件复杂,需下穿多条主航道,最大埋深达到106米,海水水压高达10.6巴,施工区域水压更是超过110米,是国内在建水下隧道中埋深最大、水压最高的项目。
为了应对这些挑战,中国铁建股份有限公司与铁建重工研发团队联合中铁十四局,对盾构机进行了专门的设计与选型,打造了拥有完全自主知识产权的深江1号超大直径泥水平衡盾构机。该盾构机采用双盾壳设计,配备了4道加强型盾尾刷和1道钢板束,最大承压能力达到12巴,显著提高了其在海底超高水压下的适应能力。
深江铁路是“八纵八横”高铁网沿海通道的重要组成部分,全长116公里,设计时速最高可达250公里,预计5.5年内建成。铁路建成后,将极大促进粤港澳大湾区内的半小时生活圈和经济圈形成,对粤东粤西与珠三角的区域协调发展具有重要意义,同时也将实现深圳前海自贸片区与广州南沙自贸片区的高铁互联互通。

BEIJING, August 20th, 2023 — Recently, China’s independently developed Deep Yangtze No. 1 submarine tunnel shield excavator completed an outstanding feat in the Zhujiang Estuary Tunnel project, successfully reaching a depth of 106 meters below sea level, setting a new record for large-diameter shield excavation underwater in China. This achievement marks a new breakthrough in China’s complex underwater tunnel construction field and demonstrates the country’s strength in high-end equipment manufacturing and infrastructure construction.
The Zhujiang Estuary Tunnel, with a total length of 13.69 kilometers, is a key control project of the Deep Yangtze Railway. The tunnel project faces complex geological and hydrological conditions, requiring it to pass under multiple main shipping lanes and with a maximum burial depth of 106 meters and seawater pressure of 10.6 bars. The pressure in the construction area exceeds 110 meters, making it the project with the greatest burial depth and highest water pressure among the submarine tunnels under construction in China.
To meet these challenges, the China Railway Construction Corporation, in collaboration with the research and development team of CRRC Tiebao, and the China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., designed and selected a specialized shield excavator, creating the Deep Yangtze No. 1 ultra-large diameter slurry-circulated shield excavator with full intellectual property rights. The excavator features a double shield design, equipped with four reinforced shield tail brushes and one steel band, with a maximum pressure bearing capacity of 12 bars, significantly enhancing its adaptability to the extremely high water pressure at sea.
The Deep Yangtze Railway is an important component of China’s “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed rail network, with a total length of 116 kilometers and a design speed of up to 250 kilometers per hour. It is expected to be completed in 5.5 years. Once completed, the railway will greatly promote the formation of a half-hour living and economic circle within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and is of great significance for the coordinated development of the eastern and western regions of Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta, as well as realizing the high-speed rail interconnection between the Shenzhen Qiaocheng Free Trade Zone and the Guangzhou Nanhai Free Trade Zone.
