2024年7月25日,由中国计算机学会主办,联合中国计算机学会抗恶劣环境计算机专委会、西安微电子技术研究所和中国航天科工集团第二研究院七〇六所共同承办的“2024(第七届)CCF自主可控计算机大会”在陕西西安正式拉开帷幕。本次大会以“信息安全筑基·智能计算赋能·助力新质生产力”为主题,吸引了来自全国政产学研用各界的1000余名嘉宾参与。

开幕式上,中国工程院院士倪光南进行了题为《拥抱开源与世界协同创新》的精彩分享,强调了中国在开源领域的巨大潜力与挑战。倪光南指出,中国作为开源大国,已具备在全球开源领域发挥作用的基础,但要成为开源强国,仍需加大投入,培育具有国际影响力的开源社区与项目,以在全球开源生态中占据更加重要的位置。

本次大会还设立了丰富的活动环节,包括开幕主论坛、主旨论坛和专题分论坛,旨在深入探讨自主可控计算机技术的最新进展、面临的挑战与未来发展趋势。同期举办的技术成果展览,集中展示了来自29家单位在自主可控计算机领域取得的最新研究成果,吸引了与会嘉宾的广泛关注和深入交流。

此外,西安市投资合作局副局长郑芝芳在大会期间介绍了西安市在科技创新方面的显著成就,包括高新技术企业、科技型中小企业数量的持续增长,以及技术合同成交额的显著提升。陕西省国防科技工业办公室副主任王伟则强调了陕西在国防科技工业领域持续优化生态体系、推动科技成果转化的决心,表示将为建设科技强国贡献力量。

### The 7th CCF Conference on Controllable and Self-reliant Computers Opens in Xi’an

On July 25, 2024, the “2024 (7th) CCF Conference on Controllable and Self-reliant Computers” was officially inaugurated in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. Hosted by the Chinese Computer Society, in collaboration with the Special Committee on Computers Resistant to Harsh Environments, Xi’an Microelectronics Technology Institute, and the Seventh Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, this conference marks the seventh edition of the event. With the theme of “Building Security with Information, Empowering Intelligence with Computing, and Boosting New Productivity,” the conference attracted over 1,000 participants from academia, industry, and government sectors across the country.

During the opening ceremony, Professor Nigong Nan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered an insightful presentation titled “Embracing Open Source and Worldwide Synergistic Innovation.” Professor Nan emphasized the significant potential and challenges of China in the open source domain. He pointed out that, as a leading open source nation, China has the foundational capability to play a more influential role in the global open source ecosystem. However, to become a global leader in open source, China needs to increase its investment and nurture influential open source communities and projects internationally.

The conference featured a variety of activities, including the main opening forum, keynote sessions, and specialized sub-forums, aimed at exploring the latest advancements, challenges, and future trends in controllable and self-reliant computing technology. The concurrent technical achievements exhibition showcased the latest research findings from 29 participating institutions, drawing significant attention and in-depth discussions from the attendees.

Additionally, Deputy Director Zheng Zhiang of Xi’an’s Investment and Cooperation Bureau highlighted the city’s notable achievements in scientific and technological innovation, including the growth in the number of high-tech companies and technology-focused small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the significant increase in the value of technical contracts. Vice Director Wang Wei of the Shaanxi Department of National Defense Science and Technology Industry emphasized the province’s commitment to continuously optimizing its ecosystem in defense technology and promoting the commercialization of scientific and technological innovations, expressing the province’s resolve to contribute to the building of a science and technology powerhouse.

The hosting of this conference not only provided a platform for experts, industry representatives, and government officials in the field of controllable and self-reliant computing to exchange ideas and collaborate, but also offered a significant opportunity to foster the innovative development of controllable technology, facilitate the application of information technology across various sectors, and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges in science and technology.
