林业科技员“点树成金” 助力湖南石门培育富民产业
（常德3月6日电）春季林木培管的黄金时节，全国最美林业科技推广员、常德石门县林业科技员盛孝前正穿梭于大同山国有林场无患子种质资源库母本园，开展种苗繁育、疏枝追肥等生产指导工作。
盛孝前有着丰富的林业科技推广经验，他把目光瞄准了无患子这一宝贵树种。无患子果实富含皂苷，可广泛应用于医药、化妆品、日化等领域。
为了提高无患子产量和品质，盛孝前带领团队开展了嫁接试验，成功推广了“无患子高接换种”技术，使无患子产量大幅提升。同时，他还探索出无患子标准化栽培技术，指导当地农户科学种植，带动农民增收致富。
