However, what was the situation in the ancient Shenzhen area? What kind of development process did it go through? The general public knows little about this.

Recently, “Shenzhen General History (Ancient Volume)” was officially published. This book was compiled by the Institute of History at the Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences, aiming to fill the gap in Shenzhen’s ancient history and provide readers with an opportunity to comprehensively understand Shenzhen’s ancient history.

It is reported that “Shenzhen General History (Ancient Volume)” is divided into six chapters, which introduce the historical changes of the Shenzhen area from the Neolithic Age to the end of the Qing Dynasty. In addition, “Shenzhen General History (Ancient Volume)” pays special attention to the exchanges and interactions between the Shenzhen area and its surrounding areas.
