South Korean semiconductor giant SK Hynix has announced the commencement of mass production for 12-layer High Bandwidth Memory (HBM3E) starting at the end of September. This move is a strategic preparation for the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI) markets, highlighting the company’s commitment to advancing AI computing capabilities.

The Significance of HBM3E in AI Acceleration
