Typhoon Sansen Disrupts Flights Between South Korea and Japan

Seoul, August 29 (Yonhap) – Typhoon Sansen, the10th typhoon of the year, has caused significant disruption to air travel between South Korea and Japan, resulting in numerous flight cancellations and delays.

Accordingto Incheon International Airport Corporation, as of 6 p.m. on August 29, 12 flights from Incheon to Japan were canceled, along with 17 flights from Japan to Incheon. Five flights departing from Incheon to Japan were forced to turn back due to adverse weather conditions.

At Gimhae International Airport in Busan, two flights from Gimhae to Japan were forced to turn back, and twoothers were canceled. Four flights from Fukuoka to Gimhae were also canceled.
