《中国企业投资非洲报告2024》发布,聚焦中非投资合作助力非洲工业化
中新网北京8月23日电 在中非合作论坛(FOCAC)新一届峰会召开前夕,作为论坛的配套活动之一,由中非合作论坛中方后续行动委员会秘书处指导,中非民间商会主办的《中国企业投资非洲报告2024》发布会暨投资非洲北京对话于8月23日在北京成功举办。
此次发布会以“中非投资合作助力非洲工业化”为主题,发布了《中国企业投资非洲报告(2024)——中非投资合作助力非洲工业化》英文版、法文版和中文版。报告邀请来自中国、肯尼亚、摩洛哥、世界银行的专家和团队,共同探讨、研究和交流中非产业合作、非洲价值链发展、非洲营商环境、中非投资融资合作等专题,展现非洲工业化取得的显著成效与积极影响。
会上,外交部非洲司大使雷克中、喀麦隆共和国驻华大使、非洲驻华外交使团团长马丁·姆巴纳、商务部西亚非洲司二级巡视员张胜斌分别致辞,联合国系统驻华协调员常启德视频致辞。中非民间商会副会长王晓勇致欢迎辞,他表示,中非商会将抓好中非经贸投资合作这一新的历史机遇,为广大企业提供更高质量的服务。同时,中非商会也愿与非洲本土企业一起,共同努力,挖掘中非经贸投资合作的新领域,为中非经贸投资合作高水平发展作出新的贡献、取得新的成绩。
中非民间商会国际交流部副主任、非洲青年驻华代表团团长、2023联合国全球最具影响力非洲后裔名人榜门杜博士对报告进行了生动解读。随后,嘉宾代表上台,共同发布《中国企业投资非洲报告2024》。
世界银行前经济学家、肯尼亚政府顾问姆旺吉·瓦奇拉,埃塞俄比亚规划发展部前国务部长、北京大学南南合作与发展学院非洲学生代表西姆,摩洛哥非洲银行股份有限公司上海分行行长安明,肯尼亚睿纳新国际咨询公司首席执行官芮婉洁分别发言,分享了各自对中非投资合作的见解和经验。
在投资非洲北京对话环节,CGTN主持人岑梓源与乌干达财政规划和经济发展部电子现金司司长玛格丽特·奈科巴,尼日利亚工业贸易投资部官员加纳·奥因克罗·图阿耶林加,清华大学国际关系学系教授唐晓阳,华大集团国际发展事务副总裁熊韬,摩洛哥阿提佳瑞瓦法银行北京代表处企业与投资银行业务首席代表官提珊姆进行了深入探讨,围绕中非投资合作的机遇与挑战、未来发展方向等议题进行了交流。
《中非合作论坛—达喀尔行动计划(2022-2024)》中指出:中方将定期发布《中国企业投资非洲报告》,通过发布中非经贸数据、分析企业投资案例,总结中非投资合作经验,提出未来合作建议,引领企业加大投资非洲、支持非洲自主可持续发展。中非民间商会自 2021 年起,每年牵头编撰和发布《中国企业投资非洲报告》,历年报告取得了积极反响。
此次发布会是中非合作论坛新一届峰会召开前夕的重要活动,为推动中非经贸投资合作的务实开展,立足非洲本土现实、促进非洲经济多元化发展、助力非洲自身发展能力建设发挥了积极作用。

“Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa 2024” Released, Focusing on China-Africa Investment Cooperation to Support Africa’s Industrialization
Beijing, August 23 (Xinhua) – On the eve of the new session of theForum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), the “Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa 2024” release ceremony and the Beijing Dialogue on Investing in Africa were successfully held in Beijing on August 23rd.This event was organized by the China-Africa Business Council, guided by the Secretariat of the Follow-up Committee of the Chinese Side of the FOCAC, as one of the supporting activities of the forum.
Themed “China-AfricaInvestment Cooperation to Support Africa’s Industrialization,” the event released the English, French, and Chinese versions of the “Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa (2024) – China-Africa Investment Cooperation to Support Africa’s Industrialization.” The report invited experts and teams from China, Kenya, Morocco, and the World Bank to jointly discuss, research, and exchange on topics such as China-Africa industrial cooperation, African value chain development, African business environment, and China-Africa investment and financing cooperation, showcasing the significant achievements and positive impact of Africa’s industrialization.
At the ceremony, speeches were delivered byAmbassador Lei Kezhong from the Department of African Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Martin Mbana, Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to China and Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in China, and Zhang Shengbin, Deputy Director-General of the Department of West Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Commerce.A video speech was delivered by Constantine Samaras, the UN Resident Coordinator in China. Wang Xiaoyong, Vice President of the China-Africa Business Council, delivered a welcome speech, stating that the China-Africa Business Council will seize this new historical opportunity for China-Africa economic and trade investment cooperation andprovide higher-quality services for enterprises. The China-Africa Business Council is also willing to work together with African local enterprises to explore new areas of China-Africa economic and trade investment cooperation, make new contributions, and achieve new results in the high-quality development of China-Africa economic and trade investment cooperation.
Dr. Mendu, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Department of the China-Africa Business Council, Head of the African Youth Delegation to China, and a member of the 2023 UN Global Most Influential African Descendant List, provided a vivid interpretation of the report. Subsequently, guest representatives took the stage tojointly release the “Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa 2024.”
Mwangi Wachira, former World Bank economist and advisor to the Kenyan government, Sim, former State Minister of the Ethiopian Ministry of Planning and Development and representative of African students at Peking University, An Ming, General Manager of theShanghai Branch of the Moroccan Bank of Africa, and Rui Wanjie, CEO of Kenya Rena Xin International Consulting, delivered speeches, sharing their insights and experiences on China-Africa investment cooperation.
In the Beijing Dialogue on Investing in Africa, CGTN host Cen Ziyuan engaged in in-depth discussions with Margaret Nakoba, Director of the Electronic Cash Division of the Ugandan Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Ghana Oinkro Tuayelinga, an official from the Nigerian Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Tang Xiaoyang, Professor of International Relations at Tsinghua University, Xiong Tao, Vice President of International Development Affairs atBGI Group, and Tissanm, Chief Representative of Corporate and Investment Banking of the Beijing Representative Office of Attijariwafa Bank in Morocco. They exchanged views on issues such as opportunities and challenges in China-Africa investment cooperation and future development directions.
The “Dakar Action Plan (2022-2024) of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation” states that China will regularly release the “Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa,” which will lead enterprises to increase investment in Africa, support Africa’s independent and sustainable development by releasing China-Africa economic and trade data, analyzing enterprise investment cases, summarizing China-Africa investment cooperation experience, and proposing future cooperation suggestions. Since 2021, the China-Africa Business Council has taken the lead in compiling and releasing the “Report on Chinese Enterprises’ Investment in Africa” annually, and the reports have received positive feedback over the years.
This release ceremonyis an important event on the eve of the new session of the FOCAC, playing a positive role in promoting the practical implementation of China-Africa economic and trade investment cooperation, focusing on the African reality, promoting the diversification of the African economy, and supporting the building of Africa’s own development capabilities.
