皖台青年职工在合肥比技能传匠心,两岸青年携手共筑“中国梦”
中新社合肥8月24日电 (记者 张俊) 2024海峡两岸(皖台)青年职工技能竞赛交流活动24日在合肥圆满闭幕。来自台湾的近80位青年职工和学生,与安徽青年职工同台竞技,在电商直播、美容、厨艺、焊接、车工等五个工种中比拼技艺,展现两岸青年精益求精的工匠精神,也为两岸青年交流合作搭建了新的平台。
此次活动由安徽省总工会、安徽省皖台交流协会、台湾中华劳工同盟总工会、台湾劳工大联盟总会联合主办。自2015年以来,皖台职工技能竞赛已成功举办八次,其中六次在安徽、两次在台湾。本次活动以青年职工和学生为主体,其中有30多名台湾选手是“00后”,最小的年仅17岁,展现出两岸青年积极参与技能竞赛、传承工匠精神的热情。
在电商直播竞赛中,台湾青年周芝妤和涂洛绫用富有感染力的声音介绍产品,展现出大陆电商直播的成熟经验。涂洛绫表示,希望将大陆电商直播的经验带回台湾,与台湾同行分享交流,共同推动台湾电商行业发展。
在车工竞赛中,台湾东南科技大学研究生赖梵婷与大陆选手合作,通过3D打印完成了一个咖啡布粉器,展现了两岸青年在技能合作方面的默契与互补。台湾智光商工职业学校老师欧志辉表示,台湾青年职工与安徽青年职工首次共同组队竞赛,不仅增进了两岸青年的默契度,也实现了互学互鉴,为两岸青年未来合作奠定了基础。
闭幕式上,12名台湾青年学生拜安徽叉车集团的两名高级技师为师,签订“师带徒”协议,并建立常态化的联络机制,将两岸工匠精神传承下去。
近年来,皖台经贸合作不断深入。统计数据显示,截至目前,安徽累计批准台资项目超过2300个,实际利用台资近190亿美元,涉及电子信息、精密机械、节能环保、汽车零部件、绿色农产品和食品加工等领域。皖台青年职工技能竞赛交流活动,不仅是两岸青年交流合作的平台,更是两岸青年携手共筑“中国梦”的缩影。相信随着两岸交流合作的不断深化,两岸青年将共同创造更加美好的未来。

Hefei, August 24 (CNS) – The 2024 Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) Youth Skills Competition and Exchange Event concluded successfullyin Hefei on August 24th. Nearly 80 young Taiwanese workers and students competed alongside their Anhui counterparts in five categories: e-commerce live streaming, beauty, culinary arts, welding, and machining. The event showcasedthe dedication to craftsmanship among young people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and provided a new platform for youth exchange and cooperation.
The event was jointly organized by the Anhui Federation of Trade Unions, the Anhui Provincial Association for Taiwan Exchange, the Taiwan Chinese Labor Alliance, and the Taiwan Labor Alliance. Since 2015, the Anhui-Taiwan Skills Competition has been successfully held eight times, six in Anhui and two in Taiwan. This year’s event focused on young workers and students, with over 30 Taiwanese participants born after2000, the youngest being only 17 years old, demonstrating their enthusiasm for participating in skills competitions and inheriting the spirit of craftsmanship.
In the e-commerce live streaming competition, Taiwanese youth Zhou Zhiyu and Tu Luoying showcased their engaging presentation skills, highlighting the maturity of mainland China’s e-commerce live streaming industry. Tu Luoying expressed her desire to bring the experience back to Taiwan to share with her peers and jointly promote the development of Taiwan’s e-commerce sector.
In the machining competition, Lai Fanting, a graduate student from Taiwan’s Southeast University of Science andTechnology, collaborated with mainland Chinese competitors to create a coffee powder dispenser using 3D printing, demonstrating the synergy and complementarity between young people from both sides in terms of skill collaboration. Ou Zhihui, a teacher at Taiwan’s Zhiguang Commercial and Industrial Vocational School, stated that the first-time joint competition betweenTaiwanese and Anhui young workers not only fostered mutual understanding but also facilitated mutual learning, laying the foundation for future cooperation between young people from both sides.
At the closing ceremony, 12 Taiwanese students signed “master-apprentice” agreements with two senior technicians from Anhui Forklift Group, establishing a regular communicationmechanism to ensure the continuity of the spirit of craftsmanship across the Taiwan Strait.
In recent years, economic and trade cooperation between Anhui and Taiwan has continued to deepen. Statistics show that Anhui has approved over 2,300 Taiwanese investment projects, with actual utilization of Taiwanese investment reaching nearly $19 billion, covering sectors such as electronics and information, precision machinery, energy conservation and environmental protection, auto parts, green agricultural products, and food processing. The Anhui-Taiwan Youth Skills Competition and Exchange Event serves not only as a platform for youth exchange and cooperation but also as a microcosm of young people from both sides ofthe Taiwan Strait working together to achieve the “Chinese Dream.” As exchanges and cooperation between the two sides continue to deepen, young people from both sides will undoubtedly create a brighter future together.
