首届中国（天津）医疗器械创新生态大会开幕，共促高端医疗器械产业集群化发展
中新网天津8月24日电 (记者 周亚强) 24日，首届中国(天津)医疗器械创新生态大会暨第七届(2024)中国医疗器械创新创业大赛在天津市东丽区开幕。来自国内医疗器械领域的创新团队、专家学者、企业家等齐聚一堂，共促高端医疗器械产业集群化发展。
本次大会由天津市市场监督管理委员会、天津市东丽区人民政府、国家医疗器械产业技术创新联盟共同主办，旨在打造一个集聚创新资源、促进产业发展的平台，推动天津高端医疗器械产业高质量发展。
天津市市场监管委党组书记、主任戴东强在开幕式上表示，天津将通过建设公共、开放、共享的“五大创新平台”，构建创新生态和产业生态，促进高质量发展，打造世界级高端医疗器械产业集群。这五大平台包括研发创新平台、小试中试平台、通用制造平台、市场营销平台和投融平台，形成从研发、孵化、转化到大规模产业化生产及市场营销的完整生态，推动“政、产、学、研、医、金、服”融合发展。
今年，天津多部门联合共建天津高端医疗器械创新研究院，该研究院致力于为更多医疗器械创新项目找准企业需求点，深挖企业发展痛点，并提供一系列配套定制化解决方案。
此次为期3天的活动中，5场大赛、6场论坛及培训同期举行，汇集了150个创新项目展开现场路演。同时，吸引了20余家知名投资机构参与，涉及2亿-5亿元的会议专项天使基金，将为优秀项目提供早期资本支持，助力其快速成长。
国家医疗器械产业技术创新联盟理事长、中国医疗器械创新创业大赛组委会主任、天津高端医疗器械创新研究院执行院长姜峰表示，在天津市政府、东丽区的支持下，未来各方将致力于把高研院打造成为全国首个省(市)级“政策+服务”完备、具备全链条转化能力的高端医疗器械创新转化公共平台。
本次大会的举办，标志着天津高端医疗器械产业发展进入新的阶段，将为天津打造世界级高端医疗器械产业集群提供强劲动力。

TheFirst China (Tianjin) Medical Device Innovation Ecosystem Conference and the 7th (2024) China Medical Device Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition opened inDongli District, Tianjin on August 24th. Innovation teams, experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the domestic medical device field gathered together to promote thecluster development of the high-end medical device industry.
The conference was jointly organized by the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the People’s Government of Dongli District, Tianjin, and the National Medical Device Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. Itaims to create a platform for gathering innovation resources, promoting industrial development, and driving the high-quality development of Tianjin’s high-end medical device industry.
Dai Dongqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Tianjin MunicipalMarket Supervision Administration, said at the opening ceremony that Tianjin will build a “five innovation platforms” that are public, open, and shared to build an innovation ecosystem and industrial ecosystem, promote high-quality development, and create a world-class high-end medical device industry cluster. These five platforms include R&D innovationplatforms, pilot and trial platforms, general manufacturing platforms, market marketing platforms, and investment and financing platforms, forming a complete ecosystem from R&D, incubation, transformation to large-scale industrial production and market marketing, and promoting the integration of “government, industry, academia, research, medicine, finance, and services.”
This year, multiple departments in Tianjin have jointly established the Tianjin High-end Medical Device Innovation Research Institute. The institute is committed to finding the needs of enterprises for more medical device innovation projects, digging deep into the pain points of enterprise development, and providing a series of customized solutions.
During the three-day event, five competitions, six forums and training sessions were held concurrently, bringing together 150 innovative projects for on-site roadshows. At the same time, it attracted more than 20 well-known investment institutions, involving a special angel fund of 200 million to 500 million yuanfor the conference, which will provide early capital support for excellent projects to help them grow rapidly.
Jiang Feng, Chairman of the National Medical Device Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, Director of the Organizing Committee of the China Medical Device Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and Executive Dean of the Tianjin High-end Medical Device Innovation Research Institute, said that with the support of the Tianjin Municipal Government and Dongli District, all parties will work together in the future to build the High-end Research Institute into the first provincial (municipal) level “policy + service” complete, with full-chain transformation capabilities, high-end medical device innovation and transformation public platformin China.
The holding of this conference marks a new stage in the development of Tianjin’s high-end medical device industry, and will provide strong impetus for Tianjin to build a world-class high-end medical device industry cluster.
