鲁台经贸合作硕果累累 山东实际使用台资超300亿美元
中新网济南8月23日电 (吕妍) 记者从山东省人民政府召开的新闻发布会上获悉，鲁台经贸合作成果丰硕，截至2024年6月，山东累计批准台资项目9790个，实际使用台资306.83亿美元。
鲁台经贸洽谈会（以下简称“鲁台会”）自1994年创办以来，已成功举办27届，被誉为“北方地区历史最久的对台经贸文化交流盛会”，成为两岸经贸合作与文化交流的一块金字招牌。
山东省人民政府台湾事务办公室副主任王清玉介绍，鲁台会的举办不断推动鲁台经贸交流合作，助力两岸产业深度融合。台湾百大企业中有30余家在鲁实现战略投资、集聚发展。
王清玉表示，30年来，鲁台会累计举办各领域交流活动270余场，吸引5万余人次台湾各界人士来鲁参访交流，引进500多名台湾高端人才来鲁发展，为两地民众搭建了交流互动平台，“让两岸同胞拉近了距离、加深了感情，促进了心灵契合”。
谈及山东将如何加强与台湾地区的合作，王清玉透露，该省将聚焦绿色低碳高质量发展、现代化产业体系建设、乡村全面振兴工程、鲁台合作平台打造四个方面，深化鲁台交流合作；围绕该省重点打造的“11条标志性产业链”发展需求，组织专业团组赴台商聚集区开展产业链招商行动，吸引台湾新一代信息技术、高端装备、新能源新材料、生物科技和医疗康养等优势产业和高端人才，支持台企参与元宇宙、人工智能、量子科技等未来产业，推动鲁台科技创新与产业创新深度融合。
在鲁台合作平台打造方面，王清玉表示，山东将发挥好鲁台经贸洽谈会、海峡两岸新旧动能转换产业合作区两大对台经贸交流合作平台优势，用好用足国家战略，办好高品质对台经贸交流活动，强化项目跟踪和人员联络，持续开展“服务台企提质增效行动”，落实落细各项惠台政策，优化涉台营商环境。
据悉，第28届鲁台经贸洽谈会将于9月1日至3日在山东潍坊举办，以“携手同行30年 共创未来谱新篇”为主题。来自海峡两岸经贸文化交流协会、台湾农会、台湾青年企业家协会等两岸20余个团组的260多名台商报名参会。本届鲁台会将系统回顾鲁台融合发展30年成果，专题活动选取先进制造业、现代农业、职业教育等优势产业作为产业对接主攻方向，进一步强化鲁台产业融合发展的鲜明导向。

Jinan, August 23 (Xinhua) – Accordingto a press conference held by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government, Shandong-Taiwan economic and trade cooperation has yielded fruitful results. As of June 2024, Shandong has approved 9,790 Taiwan-funded projects, with actual utilized Taiwan investment reaching US$30.683 billion.
The Shandong-Taiwan Economic and Trade Conference (hereinafter referred to as the”Shandong-Taiwan Conference”), established in 1994, has successfully held 27 sessions and is known as the “longest-running economic, trade, and cultural exchange event in North China.” It has become agolden signboard for cross-strait economic cooperation and cultural exchange.
Wang Qingyu, Deputy Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Shandong Provincial People’s Government, introduced that the Shandong-Taiwan Conference has continuously promoted economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Shandong and Taiwan, facilitating the deep integration of industries across theTaiwan Strait. More than 30 of Taiwan’s top 100 enterprises have made strategic investments and clustered development in Shandong.
Wang Qingyu stated that over the past 30 years, the Shandong-Taiwan Conference has held over 270 exchange events in various fields, attracting over 50,000 Taiwanese individuals from all walks of life to visit and exchange in Shandong. It has also introduced over 500 high-end Taiwanese talents to develop in Shandong, building a platform for interaction and exchange between the people of both sides, “bringing the people of Taiwan and the mainland closer, deepeningtheir affection, and promoting spiritual harmony.”
Regarding how Shandong will strengthen cooperation with Taiwan, Wang Qingyu revealed that the province will focus on four aspects: green, low-carbon, high-quality development, the construction of a modernized industrial system, the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, and the development of Shandong-Taiwan cooperation platforms. It will deepen exchanges and cooperation between Shandong and Taiwan; based on the development needs of the province’s key “11 iconic industrial chains,” it will organize professional delegations to conduct industrial chain investment promotion activities in Taiwan’s business gathering areas, attracting Taiwan’s advantages in new generation information technology,high-end equipment, new energy and new materials, biotechnology, and medical health care, supporting Taiwanese companies to participate in future industries such as the metaverse, artificial intelligence, and quantum technology, and promoting deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation between Shandong and Taiwan.
In terms of building Shandong-Taiwan cooperationplatforms, Wang Qingyu said that Shandong will leverage the advantages of the Shandong-Taiwan Economic and Trade Conference and the Cross-Strait New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Industrial Cooperation Zone, two major platforms for economic and trade exchanges and cooperation with Taiwan. It will make good use of national strategies, hold high-quality economicand trade exchange events with Taiwan, strengthen project tracking and personnel liaison, continuously carry out the “Action to Improve Efficiency and Quality for Taiwanese Enterprises,” implement and refine various preferential policies for Taiwan, and optimize the business environment for Taiwan-related businesses.
It is reported that the 28th Shandong-Taiwan Economic andTrade Conference will be held in Weifang, Shandong, from September 1st to 3rd, with the theme of “Walking Together for 30 Years, Creating a New Chapter for the Future.” Over 260 Taiwanese businessmen from more than 20 groups from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, including the Cross-Strait Economic and Cultural Exchange Association, the Taiwan Farmers Association, and the Taiwan Young Entrepreneurs Association, have registered to attend the conference. This Shandong-Taiwan Conference will systematically review the achievements of 30 years of Shandong-Taiwan integrated development. Thematic activities will select advantageous industries such as advancedmanufacturing, modern agriculture, and vocational education as the main direction for industrial docking, further strengthening the clear orientation of industrial integration and development between Shandong and Taiwan.
