超300家企业齐聚横琴共商发展，人才生态合作大会助力合作区招商引资
中新网珠海8月23日电 (邓媛雯 邓权辉) 为期两天的2024年即刻职达人才生态合作大会于8月23日在横琴粤澳深度合作区(简称：合作区)落下帷幕。来自全国各地的超300家企业代表及人力资源机构代表齐聚一堂，通过主题交流、专题讲座及研讨会等形式，深入了解合作区营商环境、产业扶持政策以及澳琴联动的产业发展机遇。
此次大会旨在搭建合作区招商引资、招才引智的交流平台，为合作区吸引更多优质企业和人才资源注入活力。大会期间，与会者就合作区产业发展、人才引进、人才培养等议题进行了深入探讨，并就合作区未来发展方向达成共识。
据了解，近年来，合作区产业集聚效应日渐增强，截至2024年6月底，合作区实有经营主体超过5.8万户。其中，“四新”产业实有企业达1.7万户，澳资经营主体超过6400户，同比增长11.6%，澳资企业占比持续提升。

Zhuhai, August 23 (Xinhua) – The two-day 2024 Talent Ecosystem Cooperation Conference, known as “Jike Zhidar”,concluded on August 23 in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau Deep Cooperation Zone (Cooperation Zone). Over 300 enterprise representatives and human resources agency representatives from across the country gathered to gain insights into the Cooperation Zone’s business environment, industrial support policies, and the industrial development opportunities brought about by the integration of Macau and Hengqin.
The conference aimed to establish a platform for investment attraction and talent recruitment in the Cooperation Zone, injecting vitality into attracting more high-qualityenterprises and talent resources. During the conference, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the Cooperation Zone’s industrial development, talent introduction, and talent cultivation, reaching a consensus on the future direction of the Cooperation Zone’s development.
According to reports, the Cooperation Zone’s industrial agglomeration effect has been steadilygrowing in recent years. As of the end of June 2024, the Cooperation Zone had over 58,000 registered operating entities. Among them, there were 17,000 “four new” industrial enterprises, over 6,400 Macau-funded operating entities, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.6%, with the proportion of Macau-funded enterprises continuing to rise.
Wang Shuai, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Center and General Manager of the Recruitment Department of Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group, and General Manager of Jike Zhidar, expressed his hope that through the conference, they could engage in deeper exchanges and cooperation with the Cooperation Zone.
