天津发布暴雨、雷雨大风蓝色预警信号，市民需注意防范
中新网天津8月23日电(记者 王君妍) 天津市气象台于2024年8月23日19时31分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号，并于19时06分发布雷雨大风蓝色预警信号，提醒市民注意防范强降雨和雷雨大风天气。
据天津市气象局官方微博“天津气象”消息，目前，天津市北部地区已出现局地暴雨。预计今天夜间，中心城区及环城四区、滨海新区、宁河区、静海区、宝坻区南部和武清区南部将有1小时大于30毫米的短时强降雨，局地累计雨量50毫米以上。
同时，预计今天夜间中心城区将有雷阵雨天气，伴有6-7级，局地8级短时大风，局地短时雨强较大并可能出现小冰雹。
针对此次强降雨天气，天津市气象台提醒广大市民密切关注天气变化，合理调整出行计划，尽量减少室外活动。外出时，请避开灯杆、广告牌、围挡等容易发生危险的区域，并适时停止户外作业，加强设施除险加固。
此外，市民应远离河道、水库、山洪地质灾害易发区等危险地区，行车时避绕下沉地道、隧道等低洼易积水危险区域。发现险情或受困时，立即撤离避险并向当地政府、公安、消防及防汛部门反映和寻求救援。
