据美国市场调研机构君迪(JD POWER)当地时间22日公布的“2024年美国新车科技体验指数(TXI)调查”结果显示,捷尼赛思以584分的成绩力压雷克萨斯(535分)和宝马(528分)等品牌,连续四年蝉联榜首。现代汽车则以518分的成绩在普通品牌单元中拔得头筹,起亚紧随其后,以499分获得亚军。

此次调查于2023年7月至今年5月进行,面向购买2024年型新车且拥有时间超过90天的8万名消费者。调查评估对象包括新车的便利配置、最新自动化技术、能源及可持续性、信息娱乐系统和连接性四大项目的40个小项技术。

Hyundai and Genesis Top US New Vehicle Tech Satisfaction Survey

Seoul, August 23, 2024 – Genesis, the luxury brand of Hyundai Motor Group, and Hyundai Motor have both topped theUS Consumer New Vehicle Technology Satisfaction Survey.

According to the results of the “2024 US Tech Experience Index (TXI) Survey” released byJD Power on August 22nd, Genesis secured the top spot for the fourth consecutive year with a score of 584, surpassing brands like Lexus (535) and BMW (528). Hyundai Motor took firstplace in the mainstream brand category with a score of 518, followed by Kia with 499 points.

The survey, conducted from July 2023 to May 2024, polled 80,000 consumers who had purchased a new 2024 model vehicle and owned it for at least 90 days. The survey assessed 40 technology items across four categories: convenience features, advanced automation, energy and sustainability, infotainment systems, and connectivity.

Genesis GV70,Hyundai Santa Fe, and Kia Carnival were recognized as vehicles with the best application of advanced technologies.
