##庭审现场！电影《失孤》原型案二审开庭，郭刚堂等多名被害人家属到庭
8月22日下午两点，山东省高级人民法院依法公开开庭审理了上诉人呼富吉、唐立霞拐卖儿童一案。这场备受关注的二审庭审吸引了众多媒体和公众的目光，也让电影《失孤》的原型案件再次成为焦点。
2015年上映的电影《失孤》讲述了农民郭刚堂历经14年寻找被拐卖儿子的故事，该片引发了社会对拐卖儿童问题的广泛关注。电影的原型正是郭刚堂本人，他于1997年痛失两岁半的儿子郭新振，此后24年，他走遍大半个中国，只为找到儿子。

2023年12月27日，山东省聊城市中级人民法院一审宣判，判处被告人呼富吉死刑，缓期二年执行，对被告人呼富吉限制减刑；以拐卖儿童罪判处被告人唐立霞无期徒刑。一审宣判后，呼富吉、唐立霞提出上诉。
今日的二审庭审，包括郭刚堂在内的多名被害人及其家属到庭参加诉讼，他们希望法院能够依法严惩犯罪，维护法律的尊严，也希望通过此次庭审，能够唤起社会对拐卖儿童问题的重视，共同打击拐卖犯罪，让更多失散的家庭团圆。

On August 22nd, at 2 pm, the Shandong Provincial High People’s Court publicly held a second trial ofthe case involving the kidnapping and trafficking of children by appellants Hu Fujie and Tang Lixia. The 2015 film “Lost and Found” tells the story of farmer Guo Gangtang’s 14-year journey to find his kidnapped son. The film sparked widespread social concern aboutchild trafficking. The prototype of the film is Guo Gangtang himself, who lost his two-and-a-half-year-old son, Guo Xinzhen, in 1997. For the next 24 years, he traveled across most of China, determined to find his son.
In2021, during the “Reunion Action” launched by the Ministry of Public Security, Guo Gangtang finally reunited with his son, Guo Xinzhen, who had been lost for 24 years. The suspects who kidnapped Guo Xinzhen, Hu Fujie and Tang Lixia, were subsequently apprehended.
On December 27th, 2023, the Liaocheng Intermediate People’s Court of Shandong Province issued a first-instance verdict, sentencing defendant Hu Fujie to death with a two-year reprieve and restricting his eligibility for a reduced sentence. Defendant Tang Lixia was sentencedto life imprisonment for the crime of child trafficking. After the first-instance verdict, Hu Fujie and Tang Lixia appealed.
Today’s second trial saw the presence of multiple victims and their families, including Guo Gangtang, who participated in the proceedings. They hope that the court will severely punish the criminalsaccording to law, uphold the dignity of the law, and that this trial will raise awareness about child trafficking and encourage joint efforts to combat this crime, bringing more separated families back together.
During the trial, defendants Hu Fujie and Tang Lixia appealed against the first-instance verdict, and their defense attorneys presentedtheir arguments. The prosecution maintained the first-instance verdict, arguing that Hu Fujie and Tang Lixia’s crimes were egregious and posed a significant threat to society, warranting severe punishment.
The second trial will continue, and the final verdict will be announced by the court at a later date.
