##云南普洱发生4.6级地震 震中位于思茅区 暂无人员伤亡报告
**中新网昆明8月21日电 (记者 韩帅南)** 据中国地震台网正式测定，8月20日23时4分，云南省普洱市思茅区发生4.6级地震，震源深度10公里，震中位于北纬22.79度，东经101.03度。普洱市委宣传部发布消息称，目前暂未收到人员伤亡及房屋倒塌情况报告。
此次地震震中位于倚象镇老龙寨附近，距思茅区主城区约5公里，震感明显。宁洱县、江城县等地均有震感。
地震发生后，普洱市委书记李庆元、市委副书记、市长王刚立即到普洱市地震局指导安排地震应急处置工作。思茅区委、区政府迅速启动应急预案，组织由县处级领导组成的灾情核查组赶赴各乡镇开展灾情核查和抗震救灾工作。普洱市、思茅区应急部门已启动地震应急Ⅳ响应，市(区)消防救援力量已抵达震中开展应急救援工作，市(区)公安部门已在城区联合开展排查巡逻。
据初步统计，目前暂未收到人员伤亡及房屋倒塌情况报告。距震中最近的斋公箐水库、老普箐水库、塌土坎水库、箐门口水库、洗马河水库、大寨水库暂未发现险情。电力、通讯、交通、教育、农业、卫生等基础设施无异常情况，社会秩序总体平稳。
普洱市位于云南省西南部，与越南、老挝、缅甸三国接壤。思茅区位于普洱市南部，澜沧江中下游，是该市政治、经济、文化中心。

A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck Simao District in Puer City, Yunnan Province, at 11:04 pm on August 20, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. The epicenter was located at 22.79 degrees north latitudeand 101.03 degrees east longitude, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers.
The Puer Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department reported that no casualties or building collapses have been reported so far.
The epicenter of the earthquake was near Laolongzhai Village in Yixiang Town, about 5 kilometers from the main urban area of Simao District. The tremor was felt strongly in the area, and tremors were also reported in Ning’er County and Jiangcheng County.
Following the earthquake, Li Qingyuan, Secretary of the Puer Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, immediately went to the Puer Earthquake Bureau to guide and arrange emergency response work. The Simao District Party Committee and Government promptlyactivated emergency plans, organizing a disaster assessment team led by county-level officials to conduct disaster assessments and earthquake relief work in various townships. The emergency departments of Puer City and Simao District have activated a Level IV earthquake emergency response, and city (district) fire rescue forces have arrived at the epicenter to conduct emergencyrescue work. City (district) public security departments have jointly conducted inspections and patrols in urban areas.
Preliminary statistics show that no casualties or building collapses have been reported so far. No danger has been found at the Zaigongqing Reservoir, Laopuqing Reservoir, Tatuokan Reservoir, Qingkou Reservoir,Ximahe Reservoir, and Dazhai Reservoir, which are closest to the epicenter. There are no abnormalities in basic infrastructure such as electricity, communications, transportation, education, agriculture, and health, and social order is generally stable.
Puer City is located in southwestern Yunnan Province, bordering Vietnam, Laos, andMyanmar. Simao District is located in the south of Puer City, in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River, and is the city’s political, economic, and cultural center.
