中新网北京8月20日电 (记者 刘育英) 中国“千亿区”“千亿县”在全国经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。一份最新研究报告显示,截至2023年年底,中国有58个“千亿县”,143个“千亿区”,两者贡献了全国超过28%的GDP,超31%的专精特新“小巨人”企业,成为区域经济高质量发展的关键支撑。
这份由中国工信部新闻宣传中心工新智库、学习强国平台共同发布的《2024产业名区、产业名县高质量发展评价研究》指出,GDP大于1000亿元的产业名区、产业名县,不仅是区域经济的增长引擎,更是科技创新、产业升级的先行者。
数据显示,58个“千亿县”以全国1.17%的陆地总面积,贡献了全国7.39%的GDP,超10%的规模以上工业企业产值、超7%的专精特新“小巨人”企业。其中,长三角地区独占33个,占全部“千亿县”的56.89%,展现出强大的经济实力和发展潜力。
143个“千亿区”则以全国0.96%的陆地总面积,贡献了全国20.79%的GDP、超24%的专精特新“小巨人”企业,东部地区首次突破90席。其中,粤港澳大湾区占据25席,以全国0.41%的国土面积,贡献了全国超6%的GDP,经济密度高达5.76亿元/平方公里,成为中国经济发展的重要增长极。
该研究还指出,未来产业名区、产业名县将呈现六大发展趋势:

China’s “Trillion Yuan Counties” and “TrillionYuan Districts” are playing an increasingly important role in the country’s economic development. Data shows that the 58 “Trillion Yuan Counties,” covering 1.17% of the country’s total land area, contributed 7.39% of the national GDP, over 10% of the output value of large-scale industrial enterprises, and over 7% of “specialized and innovative small giant” enterprises. Amongthem, the Yangtze River Delta region alone accounts for 33, representing 56.89% of all “Trillion Yuan Counties,” demonstrating its strong economic strength and development potential.
The 143 “Trillion Yuan Districts,” covering 0.96% of the country’stotal land area, contributed 20.79% of the national GDP and over 24% of “specialized and innovative small giant” enterprises. For the first time, the eastern region has exceeded 90 seats. Among them, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area occupies 25 seats, contributing over 6% of the national GDP with 0.41% of the country’s land area, achieving an economic density of 5.76 billion yuan per square kilometer, becoming a major growth pole for China’s economic development.
The research also points out that in thefuture, industrial famous districts and counties will exhibit six major development trends:
