今年民航客运量有望创新高 预计全年达7亿人次
本报北京8月16日电 (记者邱超奕)日前，第二届亚太航空安全研讨会在北京成功举办。中国民用航空局局长宋志勇在会上透露，今年上半年，中国民航运输总周转量、旅客运输量、货邮运输量分别比2019年同期增长11.9%、9%和18.7%，预计全年旅客运输量将达7亿人次，有望创下历史最高水平。
宋志勇表示，目前，中国拥有运输飞机4335架，运输机场262个，机场总容量达16亿人次，无人机年飞行量级达到千万小时，新注册无人机总数正以月均10万架的速度增长。
同时，中国民航运输航空亿客公里死亡人数和百万飞行小时重大事故率十年滚动平均值分别为0.0016和0.01，分别为全球平均值的1/3和1/10。
近年来，中国民航积极融入全球民航体系，运输规模连续19年位居全球第二，对全球航空运输增长的贡献率超过20%。
宋志勇还指出，中国民航将继续加强安全监管，提升服务质量，推动行业可持续发展，为全球民航业的繁荣作出更大贡献。

Jiang Zhiyong, the Commissioner of the China Civil Aviation Administration, disclosed at the conference that during the first half of this year, China’s total air transport volume, passenger transport volume, and cargo and mail transport volume increased by 11.9%, 9%, and 18.7% respectively compared to the same period in 2019. It is expected that the annual passenger transport volume will reach 700 million, setting a new historical high.
Jiang Zhiyong stated that currently, China has 4,335 transport aircraft and 262 civil airports, with a total capacity of 1.6 billion passengers, and the flight hours for drones have reached millions annually. The total number of newly registered drones is growing at a rate of 100,000 per month.
Additionally, the ten-year rolling average for the death rate per billion passenger kilometers and the rate of major accidents per one million flight hours in China’s civil aviation are 0.0016 and 0.01 respectively, which are 1/3 and 1/10 of the global average.
In recent years, China’s civil aviation has actively integrated into the global civil aviation system, with its transport scale maintaining the second place globally for 19 consecutive years and contributing more than 20% to the global growth of air transport.
