建设更高水平的社会主义法治国家（权威访谈·学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神）
新华社北京2024年8月14日电（记者胡寒笑）党的二十届三中全会《决定》明确把社会主义法治国家建设达到更高水平作为进一步全面深化改革总目标的重要内容，强调在法治轨道上深化改革、推进中国式现代化，并对完善中国特色社会主义法治体系作出一系列决策部署。为了深入学习领会党的二十届三中全会精神，本报记者采访了司法部党组成员、副部长王振江。
王振江表示，党的十八大以来，全面依法治国取得历史性成就，法治中国建设开创新局面。这些成就主要体现在坚持法治理论与中国实际相结合，形成习近平法治思想，加强党对法治建设的领导，制定实施全面依法治国重要文件，全面推进科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法，加强人权法治保障，完善涉外法律法规体系，提高涉外执法司法和法律服务水平等方面。
王振江强调，党的二十届三中全会在全面依法治国上作出一系列重大理论创新，部署了一系列重大改革举措，进一步丰富发展了习近平法治思想，拓展了社会主义法治国家建设的广度和深度。全会明确提出“法治是中国式现代化的重要保障”，强调在法治轨道上深化改革、推进中国式现代化，并对完善中国特色社会主义法治体系作出一系列决策部署。
