中新网西宁8月12日电 (记者杨蕊)近日，中国石油天然气集团公司青海油田分公司(简称“青海油田”)格尔木炼油厂3号喷气燃料通过铁路正式运往西藏，标志着青海油田开始批量保供西藏航空煤油。
格尔木炼油厂位于青藏高原柴达木盆地，海拔2850米，自1991年8月1日建成以来，一直是青海、西藏两省(区)汽、柴油产品的主要供给者。过去，西藏所需的航空煤油主要依赖兰州石化公司和玉门炼化公司供应，运输距离远，成本高，保障难度大。
为了解决这一问题，格尔木炼油厂近年来不断拓展炼油化工渠道，并完成了两套航煤加氢装置民航适航审定工作。3号喷气燃料经过多次检测，其主要参数均优于中国国家标准，两套航煤加氢装置均获得中国民用航空局认证。
格尔木炼油厂建成的年加工能力为15万吨的航煤加氢装置、5000立方米航煤储罐和航煤火车洗槽装车设施，为批量保供西藏航空煤油提供了硬件支持。此次航煤通过青藏铁路运输，不仅快捷，还能有效扩大油田优势炼化产品的市场占有率。
格尔木炼油厂厂长徐继峰表示，此次航煤辐射供应进入西藏，将有助于提升青藏两地的能源保障能力，对于促进当地经济社会发展具有重要意义。

BEIJING, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) — A batch of jet fuel produced by the Golmud Refinery of the Qinghai Oilfield Company, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), has been transported to Tibet via railway, marking the commencement of the company’s mass supply of aviation kerosene to the region, according to a report from Xinhua News Agency.
Located in the Qaidam Basin on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, at an altitude of 2,850 meters, the Golmud Refinery has been the main supplier of gasoline and diesel products for Qinghai and Tibet since its completion on Aug. 1, 1991. In the past, Tibet’s demand for aviation kerosene was mainly met by the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and the Yumen Petrochemical Company, with long distances and high costs involved in transportation, making supply challenges significant.
To address this issue, the Golmud Refinery has been expanding its refining and chemical processing channels in recent years and has completed the civil aviation certification review for two jet fuel hydrogenation units. The third batch of jet fuel has undergone multiple tests and has parameters that exceed China’s national standards, with both jet fuel hydrogenation units receiving certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
The refinery’s facilities, including a 150,000-ton-per-year jet fuel hydrogenation unit, a 5,000-cubic-meter aviation kerosene storage tank, and aviation kerosene train washing and loading equipment, provide the necessary infrastructure for mass supply of aviation kerosene to Tibet. The transportation of aviation kerosene through the Qinghai-Tibet Railway not only ensures speed but also effectively expands the market share of the oilfield’s refined products.
“The introduction of jet fuel supply to Tibet will enhance the energy security of Qinghai and Tibet, and is of great significance for the local economic and social development,” said Xu Jifeng, general manager of the Golmud Refinery.
