河南黄河启动今年第三次防洪运行机制
据河南黄河河务局消息，自8月11日8时起，河南黄河已启动2024年第3次防洪运行机制。受黄河中游强降雨影响，河南省黄河防办决定自8月11日8时起小浪底、西霞院水库按每秒3000立方米下泄。预计黄河河南段流量全线将达每秒3000立方米以上，在该流量情况下，控导工程易出险，涉河活动、浮桥等安全风险大。河南省黄河防办要求，各级全力以赴做好本次高含沙大流量过程应对工作。
