中新网呼和浩特8月11日电 (陈俊燕 陈可欣)10日,6名国内知名雕塑艺术家在内蒙古自治区呼和浩特雕塑艺术馆驻馆,为公安、医护、环卫、消防、教师、文旅行业的时代楷模塑像。

6名雕塑艺术家包括清华大学美术学院雕塑系党支部书记、教授李鹤,中国城市雕塑家协会副秘书长尚荣,内蒙古艺术学院美术学院雕塑系主任曲建,山东艺术学院美术学院副教授陈健,南京大学雕塑艺术研究所副所长任艳明,四川美术学院“具象雕塑特色工作室”导师彭汉钦。

当天,“走进北疆——首届呼和浩特雕塑创作营及主题雕塑展”在呼和浩特雕塑艺术馆举办。6名雕塑艺术家聚焦北疆文化主题,进行驻馆创作。同时,他们的60件雕塑作品也在呼和浩特雕塑艺术馆展出。

“塑像是塑人,塑人是塑精神,塑精神是为了铸魂。”著名雕塑家吴为山在现场介绍,6名雕塑艺术家分别为人民警察、医护工作者等塑像,不仅弘扬了新时代英雄劳模、时代楷模、优秀共产党员的精神,更让一件件雕塑和作品背后感人的事迹,成为激励大众的正能量。

在活动现场,艺术家们以精湛的技艺,对每一位时代楷模进行了细致入微的刻画。李鹤教授对警察楷模的雕塑细致入微,每一个动作甚至每个神态都要千锤百炼,精益求精。尚荣教授也表示,在享受时代之光的同时,没有理由不为英雄劳模、时代楷模去讴歌,希望通过雕塑的形式,使他们奋发昂扬、无私奉献的精神永垂不朽。

此次活动由中国城市雕塑家协会、呼和浩特雕塑艺术馆主办。通过这次雕塑创作,不仅展现了雕塑艺术家的精湛技艺,也为公众提供了一次深刻的精神洗礼,让人们更加深刻地感受到时代楷模的精神力量。

HOHHOT, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) — On the 10th, six renowned sculptors from across the country took up residence at the Hohhot Sculpture Art Museum in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, embarking on a project to sculpt figures of model figures of the times from the fields of public security, medical care, sanitation, fire fighting, education, and cultural and tourism.

The six sculptors include Li He, the Party branch secretary and professor of the Sculpture Department at the School of Arts, Tsinghua University; Xiang Rong, the deputy secretary general of the China Urban Sculpture Association; Qu Jian, the head of the Sculpture Department at the School of Arts, Inner Mongolia Academy of Fine Arts; Chen Jian, an associate professor at the School of Arts, Shandong Academy of Fine Arts; Ren Yanming, the vice director of the Sculpture Art Research Institute, Nanjing University; and Peng Hanqin, the director of the “Realistic Sculpture Special Studio” at Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts.

On the same day, the “Entering the Northern Frontier – the First Hohhot Sculpture Creation Camp and Themed Sculpture Exhibition” was held at the Hohhot Sculpture Art Museum. The six sculptors focused on themes of northern frontier culture for their residency work. Their 60 sculptures were also on display at the museum.

“Casting a figure is casting a person, casting a person is casting a spirit, and casting a spirit is for forging a soul,” noted sculptor Wu Weishan, who introduced that the six sculptors had each sculpted figures of model figures such as police officers and medical workers, not only celebrating the spirit of heroes and model figures of the new era, outstanding Communist Party members, but also making the touching stories behind each sculpture and work become positive energy to inspire the public.

At the event, the artists meticulously depicted every model figure with their exquisite skills. Professor Li He’s sculpture of the police model was detailed to the minutest detail, with each gesture and expression requiring rigorous refinement. Professor Xiang Rong also expressed that while enjoying the light of the era, there was no reason not to eulogize heroes and model figures through sculpture, hoping that their spirited, selfless dedication would be immortalized forever.

The event was hosted by the China Urban Sculpture Association and the Hohhot Sculpture Art Museum. Through this sculptural creation, not only was the exquisite skill of the sculptors showcased, but it also provided the public with a profound spiritual purification, allowing them to feel more deeply the spiritual power of the model figures of the times.
