海南临高：种植“黄金果” 绘就村民共富路
近年来，海南省临高县因地制宜发展柚子、凤梨等“金色”高效特色农业，绘就村民共富路。眼下正值柚子成熟上市时节，在临高县一柚子种植基地，柚子挂满枝头、长势喜人，村民正忙碌地进行采收。作为中国国内柚子成熟最早的产地之一，海南临高产出的柚子以其早熟、质优的特点在市场上独树一帜。
海南福柚生态农业有限公司总经理邬天赐表示，公司柚子种植规模1000多亩，年产500多万斤，高档果目前10元左右一斤，产品不仅销往国内，还少量出口至东南亚、俄罗斯等地，供不应求。柚子的生产管理常年需要大量人力，公司优先聘请当地村民，固定工每月工资4500元。此外，周边村民还可通过劳务的形式到基地进行除草、施肥、打药、套袋等工作，“临时工每人每天工资130元，每年提供数万人次的临时用工岗位。”
除了柚子，临高所产的凤梨也是助农发展的“黄金果”。海南天地人凤梨产业联合有限公司在临高运营管理凤梨5000余亩，2024年采收上市2000余亩，产值近4000万元。该公司采取“村集体+村民+企业”的产业专业合作社模式，各方按比例出资合作经营，按投资比例分配项目利润。目前已在临高7个乡镇联结带动13个村集体发展了16个生产基地，其中皇桐镇美巢合作社自2019年与该公司合作以来，共经营了700余亩凤梨，乡村振兴衔接资金投入587万元。截至2023年，合作社按80%的入股比例共分得303万元利润。
临高县农业农村局种植业室主任黄秦宇介绍，为促进柚子、凤梨等高效特色农业发展，该县邀请中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所等科研部门为其提供技术支持；结合该县凤梨、柚子种植基础，申请创建了柚子、凤梨省级现代农业高质量发展产业园。
