中新网西宁8月6日电 (记者张添福) 青海省第二十三批援布隆迪医疗队今日启程,他们将带着青海省的深情厚谊和医疗队伍的使命,前往非洲国家布隆迪,为当地民众提供医疗援助。

青海省卫生健康委副主任张雪飞在授旗仪式上表示,自1987年起,青海省已累计派出22批援布隆迪医疗队,共计486人次,展现了青海省对外援助的坚定决心和专业能力。医疗队员们将探索新的医疗工作方法,开展新技术和新业务,利用中国传统医药、针灸等诊疗方法,帮助当地医务人员提高技术水平和医疗能力。

西宁市第一人民医院党委书记李河洲在启程仪式上鼓励医疗队员们牢记重托,规范开展各项医疗工作,充分发挥专业特长和技术优势,帮助当地民众解除病痛,弘扬中国医疗队精神。

青海省第二十三批援布隆迪医疗队由西宁市第一人民医院牵头组建,包括来自青海省人民医院、青海省中医院、青海红十字医院等10家医院的29名医疗人员,涉及眼科、妇产科、口腔科等多个专业领域。他们将携带必要的医疗设备和药品,为布隆迪的医疗卫生事业贡献力量。

At the flag-giving ceremony, Zhang Xuefei, Deputy Director of the Qinghai Provincial Health Commission, stated that since 1987, Qinghai Province has sent a total of 22 batches of medical teams to Burundi, comprising 486 personnel, demonstrating the province’s firm determination and professional capability in foreign aid. The medical team members will explore new methods of medical work, introduce new technologies and services, and utilize traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and other diagnostic methods to help local medical staff improve their technical skills and medical capabilities.

The 23rd Qinghai Medical Team for Aid to Burundi was established by the First People’s Hospital of Xining City, including 29 medical personnel from 10 hospitals, including the First People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province, the Qinghai Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and the Qinghai Red Cross Hospital, covering various fields such as ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, and dentistry.
