This book, centered on nutrition education, thoroughly implements the requirements of the 2022 revised ‘Outline of Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards’ concerning the labor curriculum and the physical education and health curriculum, meeting the developmental needs of young children’s dietary life at various stages.

Nutrition education is an educational activity centered on food, aiming to cultivate healthy dietary habits, promote individual health, and achieve sustainable environmental development. The ‘Eating Lessons for Kids’ nutrition education coursebook provides students with vivid course content and abundant learning materials through a combination of text and illustrations, an in-depth approach, and practical focus.
