【中新社福州7月24日电】（记者 龙敏）为有效防御超强台风“格美”的侵袭，福建海事局于7月24日13时启动了防台风I级应急响应，以加强水上交通运输管控，巩固各项防台风措施。中央气象台预测，台风“格美”预计在7月24日夜间于台湾花莲至基隆一带登陆，随后穿过台湾岛，于明天下午至夜间在福建福鼎至晋江一带沿海地区登陆。
在台风来临前，福建海事局已紧急疏散1334艘船舶远离台风影响区域，并对无法离港的船舶提前安排进入避风坞或选择合适水域进行锚泊避风。福建沿海的67条客渡运航线、186艘客渡船也已全部实施停航措施，其中4条两岸“小三通”客运航线全部暂停运营。此外，海上92个水工项目已全部停工，施工作业船舶与人员也已撤离。

The Central Meteorological Observatory forecasts that “Geme” is expected to make landfall between Hualien and Keelung in Taiwan in the evening of July 24, and then traverse Taiwan Island, eventually making landfall in coastal areas of Fujian between Fuding and Jinjiang on the evening of tomorrow.
Before the arrival of the typhoon, 1,334 ships were urgently evacuated to areas unaffected by the storm, and arrangements were made for ships unable to leave port to seek shelter in safe harbors or anchor in suitable waters.
