中央网信办等四部门印发《2024年数字乡村发展工作要点》 全面推进乡村数字化转型
近日，中央网信办、农业农村部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部联合印发《2024年数字乡村发展工作要点》（以下简称《工作要点》），对2024年数字乡村发展工作进行了全面部署。
《工作要点》要求，要深入学习贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，认真落实《中共中央 国务院关于学习运用“千村示范、万村整治”工程经验 有力有效推进乡村全面振兴的意见》，以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚持农业农村优先发展，全面推进乡村数字化转型，加快数字技术在农村地区的推广应用，为乡村振兴提供有力支撑。
《工作要点》明确了2024年数字乡村发展的工作重点，一是加快乡村网络基础设施建设和优化，提升农村地区网络覆盖率和网络质量，推进农村互联网协议第六版（IPv6）规模部署；二是发展乡村数字经济，推动农业产业互联网建设，提升农业产业链数字化水平，促进农村电商和乡村产业融合发展；三是深化乡村信息便民服务，推进农村信息化建设，提升农村地区政务服务、社会保障、医疗健康等领域的信息化水平；四是加强乡村网络安全保障，提升农村地区网络安全意识和防护能力，确保农民网络信息安全；五是推进数字乡村试点示范，总结推广“千村示范、万村整治”工程经验，打造一批数字乡村典型示范案例。
