鲍里索夫在莫斯科对媒体透露，技术人员在发射前检测中发现运载火箭的“微电路”有故障，该故障可能与发射器外壳有关。俄罗斯国家航天集团已经查明了故障原因，正在采取必要措施以确保飞船安全发射。
据悉，“联盟MS-25”载人飞船原定于3月21日从哈萨克斯坦境内的拜科努尔发射场升空，前往国际空间站执行任务。飞船上搭载了3名宇航员，其中包括两名俄罗斯宇航员和一名美国宇航员。
此次发射是俄罗斯“联盟”系列载人飞船的第61次发射。此前，“联盟MS-24”载人飞船在今年3月18日成功发射并对接国际空间站。
