青海省作为国家重要的清洁能源基地，近年来在新能源发展上取得了显著成效。据王勇介绍，目前青海省清洁能源装机容量占比达到了86.5%，居全国第一，其中太阳能、风能等新能源装机容量占比达到了50.4%。然而，尽管新能源发展迅速，但青海省的能耗强度依然偏高，能源利用效率亟待提高。
