青海司法救助：去年近550万元助困妇幼
为迎接第114个“三八”国际妇女节，青海省人民检察院与青海省妇女联合会近日联合召开新闻发布会，通报了2023年青海省“关注困境儿童和困难妇女加强专项司法救助”专项行动工作情况，并发布了九个相关典型案例。
据悉，2022年，青海省检察机关共发放司法救助金469.9万元，救助困难妇女儿童1300余人。其中，对遭受家庭暴力、性侵害等犯罪侵害的妇女儿童发放司法救助金220.9万元，救助人数750余人；对因刑事案件导致生活困难的妇女儿童发放司法救助金249万元，救助人数550余人。
发布会上，青海省人民检察院检察长杨大勇表示，司法救助是检察机关履行法律监督职能、维护社会公平正义的重要举措。青海省检察机关将继续加大对困境儿童和困难妇女的司法救助力度，切实保障他们的合法权益。
青海省妇女联合会主席王小燕表示，妇女儿童是社会的重要组成部分，保障他们的合法权益是全社会的共同责任。妇联组织将与检察机关密切配合，共同做好困境儿童和困难妇女的司法救助工作。
会上，还发布了九个典型案例，包括遭受家庭暴力的妇女获得司法救助、因交通事故致残的儿童获得司法救助等。这些案例充分展示了青海省检察机关在维护妇女儿童合法权益方面所做的积极努力。

It is reported that in 2022, the Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate issued a total of 4.699 million yuan in judicial assistance funds, assisting more than 1,300 women and children in difficulty. Among them, 2.209 million yuan in judicial assistance funds were issued to women and children who had suffered from domestic violence, sexual assault, and other criminaloffenses, assisting more than 750 people; 2.49 million yuan in judicial assistance funds were issued to women and children who had suffered financial difficulties due to criminal cases, assisting more than 550 people.
At the press conference, Yang Dayong, the Procurator-General of the Qinghai Provincial People’s Procuratorate, said that judicial assistance is an important measure for the procuratorial organs to fulfill their legal supervision functions and uphold social equity and justice. The Qinghai Provincial Procuratorate will continue to increase the力度 of judicial assistance to vulnerable children and women in difficulty, effectively safeguarding their legal rights and interests.

At the meeting, nine typical cases were also released, including a case of a woman who suffered domestic violence and received judicial assistance and a case of a child who was disabled in a traffic accident and received judicial assistance.
