Middle Eastern AI startup DXwand has recently announced the completion of a $4 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Shorooq Partners and Algebra Ventures, with existing investor Dubai Future District Fund continuing to provide support.
Founded in 2018, DXwand is a company focused on developing AI-driven chat software. Their product can automate text and voice conversations between customers and businesses through call centers, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, or websites. This enables businesses to handle customer inquiries and complaints more efficiently while also providing a more personalized service experience.
