Recently, China’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Sun Weidong paid a friendly visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). On January 26, 2024, Sun Weidong held consultations with Vice Foreign Minister of the DPRK’s Foreign Ministry, Park Ming-ho, in Pyongyang, and met with Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son-hui.
