中新社北京1月5日电 (记者 郭超凯)记者5日从中国公安部获悉，2023年，全国公安机关统筹推进打击治理电信网络新型违法犯罪工作。截至2023年11月，全国共破获电信网络诈骗案件39.1万起，抓获一大批违法犯罪嫌疑人。自2023年8月以来，电信网络诈骗犯罪发案率明显下降。
近年来，我国电信网络诈骗犯罪形势严峻，严重侵害人民群众财产安全。为了守护人民群众的“钱袋子”，全国公安机关积极开展打击治理电信网络新型违法犯罪工作。在各部门的共同努力下，2023年1至11月，全国共破获电信网络诈骗案件39.1万起，抓获一大批违法犯罪嫌疑人。
针对电信网络诈骗犯罪手段不断翻新、犯罪分子日趋隐蔽的特点，公安机关加强信息化建设，不断提升打击犯罪的能力和水平。通过对犯罪线索的深度挖掘和精确打击，自2023年8月以来，电信网络诈骗犯罪发案率明显下降。
