阿里巴巴集团旗下的阿里巴巴达摩院12月18日宣布，设立100名博士后科研工作站，在未来三年内培养超过100名博士后科研人员。该工作站将挑战更多“硬课题”，以人工智能和集成电路等领域的优势，为更多博士毕业生提供超过100万元的留杭人才补贴。
据了解，该工作站得到了浙江省人力资源和社会保障厅、浙江省博士后工作办公室的批准设立。通过该工作站，达摩院将开放更多前沿课题，加快构建产学研用的创新合作生态，以解决更多挑战性问题。2024年的目标是引入30名应届博士毕业生入站研究，并规划未来三年培养超过100名博士后。
为了吸引更多优秀博士加入，达摩院将提供前沿的研究课题、丰富的应用落地场景和自由使用的充沛计算资源，以及Fellow级别科学家的一对一指导。此外，结合杭州市和余杭区的人才政策，加入博士后工作站的科研人才，出站后留余杭可获得超过100万元的人才补贴。如该博士后出站后被评为杭州市D级高层次人才，还能额外获得100万元的购房补贴。
首批入站博士后瞄准了多个前沿技术领域的“硬课题”，如“基于深度学习的多模态肿瘤微环境分析在免疫冶疗预后预测中的应用”、“多模态数据生成关键技术研究”、“基于传统视频编解码框架的下一代视频压缩技术研究”等。
