国家防汛抗旱总署（简称国家防总）6 月 20 日宣布，针对近期鄂陕渝川地区出现的强降雨等防汛灾害，启动防汛四级应急响应，加强防汛救灾工作，确保人民群众生命财产安全。
根据国家防总的要求，各级防汛部门将全面检查防汛责任制的落实情况，加强对重点部位的巡查，及时发现并处置防汛隐患，做好抢险救援准备工作，充分发挥新闻舆论的引导作用，及时发布防汛信息，提高公众防汛意识，共同做好防汛工作。
