据生态环境部微信公众号消息，2023 年 9 月 30 日，中国环境监测总站联合中央气象台、国家大气污染防治攻关联合中心、东北、华南、西南、西北、长三角区域空气质量预测预报中心和北京市生态环境监测中心，开展 10 月上半月 (1—15 日) 全国空气质量预测预报。
预计，2023 年 10 月上半月全国大部空气质量以优良为主，但个别地区可能出现轻度污染。其中，华北地区空气质量优良，东北、华南、华东、华中空气质量良好，而西南、西北地区空气质量有所下降。
此次预测预报结果是根据最近的气象数据和空气质量指标综合分析得出的。生态环境部表示，未来将继续密切关注全国空气质量状况，采取针对性措施，保障人民群众健康权益。

According to a message on the official website of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Chinese Environment Monitoring Centre, in collaboration with the Central Meteorological Centre, National Joint Centre for Atmospheric Pollution Control and Prevention, and regional air quality forecasting centers in the Northeast, South, Southwest, and East China, as well as Beijing’s Environmental Monitoring Centre, conducted a forecast of air quality for the first half of October 2023 (1-15 days).
The forecast predicts that the air quality of most parts of China will be excellent in October 2023, but some regions may experience mild pollution. Specifically, the air quality in the North China region is expected to be excellent, while that in the Northeast, South, East, and Midwest regions is expected to be good. However, the air quality in the Southwest and Southeast regions may decline.
The forecast was based on the latest meteorological data and air quality indicators and was jointly issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
